Thank you for shopping with Keough and Company. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and legal responsibilities regarding the shipment of products purchased through our store.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, shipping method chosen, and package size.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


5. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Keough and Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be legally shipped.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Keough and Company is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.


8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Keough and Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs processing
